3. Charity Food Drive Details

For every 1kg of Eligible Products purchased by customers during the Charity Food Drive Period, Topseller Pte Ltd will donate 100g of Royal Umbrella Thai Hom Mali Rice to The Food Bank Singapore.

The donation will be made directly by Topseller Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd, to The Food Bank Singapore and will not affect the customer’s purchase price.

4. No Customer Action Required

• Customers do not need to take any additional steps to trigger the donation.

• Donation will be automatically calculated based on eligible purchases made during the Charity Food Drive Period

5. Charity Food Drive Tracking and Fulfillment

• Topseller Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd will aggregate total eligible purchases and deliver the pledged rice donation to The Food Bank Singapore at scheduled intervals or after the donation drive ends.

• Updates on the total donation amount may be published on Royal Umbrella Social Media (@royalumbrellasg), where applicable.

6. Returns and Cancellations

• Any cancelled or refunded orders will not be counted toward the donation amount.

• Partial returns may reduce the corresponding donation quantity.

7. Scope of Charity Food Drive

• Donation is limited to rice only and will be capped at a maximum of 3,000kg donated.

• Topseller Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd reserves the right to substitute the donation product with an equivalent item if necessary.

8. Non-Tax Deductible for Customers

• This is a corporate donation made by Topseller Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd. Customers will not receive tax receipts or donation certificates.

9. Changes to the Charity Food Drive

• Topseller Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the donation drive at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approvals where required.
